We are busy transforming 4 bedroom 3 storey house, 5-10 mins walk from Lincoln City Centre and transport Links. We will have 7 themed including 2 luxurious bedrooms which will be let out for over night Kinky B n B city breaks in the fabulous historic City of Lincoln with its thriving shopping, lively pubs and hustle bustle you would expect of university city. There’s a theatre, multi screen cinema, music venues , pubs and restaurants .
The Jewel in Lincoln’s crown is the fabulous, world famous Cathedral Quarter in Up hill Lincoln including the Lincoln Cathedral for hundreds of years the highest building in Europe and Castle. Also our famous STEEP HILL with unique shops, cafe, pubs etc the famous Steam Punk Weekend, Lincoln Showground Events and concerts, Lincolnshire is home to the Red Arrows Display Team and the beautiful Christmas Markets among some of our City’s attractions.
We plan to have the first phase open 1st of Feb 2023 we will have a Fetters furnished Dungeon Room, a well appointed medical dungeon room with a padded cell and a double four poster cage / bondage bed bedroom with bespoke dungeon pieces for starters all opening during the first phase.
The 2 nd phase is 4 smaller themed basement dungeon rooms… a double bunk prison cell, a small medieval dungeon… head teacher / boss study office along side a small school room. We aim to have bespoke pieces made esp for our unique themed rooms. There’s a beautiful kitchen and well appointed bathroom with bath and free standing shower cubicle. The final phase 3 will be a covered out door seating, smoking and eventually hot tub area in what will eventually be a low maintenance garden area.
We are currently running a Free COMPETITION town a luxury overnight stay, winner will be picked at random from our advertising platforms please share us among your kinky friends..
